	eeeha-charter.txt

		The eeeha charter is given for reference.  It is a
		pastiche: the Articles of Incorporation (8/27/82),
		modified by integration [i.e., addition/deletion
		of text, indicated by brackets] of two Articles of
		Amendment (5/16/1988, 2/3/1994).  I believe it is
		current, except for the statutory agent.
