Was married three times. Not only was this man given to marrying as soon as possible, but he also received a calling committee of neighbors and friends armed with clubs and knives who proceeded to give him the beating of a lifetime and castrated him for his having philandered with their wives and daughters. He was severely injured and was never able to work again. He was also about 70 years old and was married for the third time at age 60, with three children by that wife, Christianne. He also had two children by his first wife, and one by his second wife. He was a very big man, well over 6 feet tall, but against the group he could not win. (This story told by Lewis A.
