usual changes Makefile

compiled straight - a few usual decl warnings

library files used for compilation of specific progs, for modeling ldh, lexa
cleavage, etc.

a lot of code here, including some brute force  matrix manipulations
(inversion, etc.)
I wouldn't bother to write it now - use R, etc.....

NOTE: only have to write one routine and a bit for output to interface an
arbitrary function with simplex library.
no derivatives needed - just a calculation of a value from model equation to
compare with experimental
