usual fixes - makefile - awk script (bring parameters before prog and -v)

some test.data.? do not run - e.g., if less than 5 parms setup in
data file; the algorithm in lexafitB.c requires 5; perhaps some
fits done with different/earlier code not left in dirs.

the 5-parm data files seem to give output, except one, with odd limits

output agrees with old files, in subdir

1-README* pages give explanations of what code does == for john little
== analysis and modelling of lexa cleavage at high pH.
